1. Drink as you wake up

Don’t wait for 10 – 20 mins to drink that water, drink it as soon as you get up to help your body remove the wastes that your body fought to accumulate during the night.

2. Drink Lukewarm water.

Drinking cold water shrinks your our blood vessels making it difficult for the nutrients to reach our organs. Warm water encourages the flow of blood and help in food digestion.

3. Don’t drink water all at once.

Drinking water all at once will increase your trips to the bathroom. You will see that your urine will be clear white that is because your body couldn’t absorb the water.

4. No Water After Meal.

Drinking water before meal is like Nectar, it helps moisture the digestive system. Drinking water right after meal is like poison as it dilutes the stomach’s digestive juices making it difficult for the body to digest the food.

5. Drink Warm Water Regularly

Drinking warm water help regulate and clean your body which will help the body to perform at its best through out the day.
